Meddata E-Courses Refund & Return Policy

At Meddata, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure our refund and return policy is clear and fair for all participants.

Live/Hybrid Courses:

Full Refunds:
A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made at least two weeks prior to the course start date.
Cancellation Within Two Weeks:
If you cancel within two weeks of the live or hybrid course start date, no refund will be issued. However, you will receive Meddata credit to be used toward future courses, valid for up to 12 months.

Self-Paced Courses:

Site Credit for Cancellations:
For self-paced courses, if you choose to cancel your enrollment, we offer Meddata credit equal to the amount paid for the course. This credit can be applied to the same course or towards any other course offered by Meddata.
Cancellation After Enrollment:
Meddata credit is provided for cancellations at any time during the course for self-paced courses. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for self-paced courses once access has been granted.

How to Request a Refund or Credit:

To request a refund for a live/hybrid course, please contact us at least 14 days before the start date via email at info@meddata.uk. For self-paced courses, you may contact us at any time to request Meddata credit.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and Meddata credits will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed on future courses.

Exceptions:

Meddata reserves the right to make exceptions or modifications to this policy under special circumstances. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
